How to Apply (CA)

Step 1:

If you are applying for a rental listing, please navigate to the "Rentals" tab and open the rental listing page that you interested in and click on "Apply for this unit".

If you are applying for a rental that is not listed, please click the "General Application" tab and fill in the property you would like to apply for.

Step 2:

Please submit the following supporting documents in your application:

- A copy of your ID/ Driver's License.

- Authorization to Release Information (Located in "Documents" tab or download by clicking here).

- Current bank statement(s).

- Most recent W2 or signed tax return.

- Two most recent paystubs.

- Other sources of income.

- Credit Card authorization form for credit/background check fee ($35 per applicant; this non-refundable fee is only charged if your application looks like it can support the rent and we decide to move forward with your application.) The credit card authorization form can be downloaded from the "Documents" tab or by clicking here.

*Note that each person 18 years of age or older planning to live on the premises is considered an applicant and must fill out an application. If you are an applicant and have no source of income, we accept co-signers. Co-signers must also fill out an online application and submit the documents listed above. They are also required to fill out the credit card authorization.*
